We are on the hunt for motivated people who have a passion for working outdoors!
Gain your Certificate III in Landscape Construction – 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year candidates are encouraged to apply.
- You will be working full-time 38 hours per week
- If successful, you will work with alongside a experienced & qualified Landscaper/s who will give you in-depth knowledge and guidance to help you become trade qualified.
With the support of qualified tradespeople, you will be:
- Assist with the preparation and installation of landscapes, including planting, paving, and retaining walls.
- Learn how to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard.
- Learn to work efficiently in a busy landscaping environment.
- Any other tasks requested by the host employer
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Must have interest and commitment to work in Construction
- Must hold a White Card or able to obtain ASAP
- Hold (or close to obtaining) a current Drivers License and have own reliable transport
- Participation in a Pre-Apprenticeship course or Certificate I or II Construction course is advantageous
- Work Experience within the construction industry is highly desirable
- Must be physically fit & able to work outdoors
- Be reliable, resilient, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take direction
