The Opportunity: Mineral Resources Limited are currently seeking site-based Apprentice Masters to assist with the coordination and management of Apprentices and Trade Upgrades on our operational sites.
Reporting to the Superintendent – Learning and Development the Apprentice Master – Site Operations will oversee site-based Apprentices who are at a more advanced stage of their development journey. While maintaining a focus on pastoral care, this role will also deliver technical development support for our operations, ensuring that Apprentices achieve their personal and technical development objectives in their final years. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Support & Mentorship: Provide mentorship to site-based apprentices, including trade upgrades, offering guidance and support as they progress in their programs.
Skills Assessments: Work with leaders on site to regularly assess the progress and skills development of apprentices, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Logbooks Support: Assist apprentices in maintaining accurate and up-to-date logbooks, ensuring they record their practical work and meet the necessary documentation requirements for their trade.
