Full-time position available for an Apprentice Pastry Chef at our Artisan Bakery in the Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast.
· Become part of an established and growing team of dedicated Pastry Chefs.
· Producing all products from scratch (no premixes).
· Working with quality and sustainable produce & ingredients.
· You will be trained in all aspects of pastry, pie & cake production
· A good work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for food is essential.
This position will require weekend work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
· Would suit school leavers or entry level applicants
· Early morning and day work, No nights.
· Own transport required.
· A positive outlook and attitude towards work
You will be required to always maintain the kitchen/preparation area in an exceptionally clean and organised manner and have pride in what you produce. If you are detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and develop the skills to produce Artisan quality pastry items, then please apply.
