We are looking for an apprentice Pastry Chef who can bring their enthusiasm and pride to our bakery and work with the team in a fruitful way.
Qualifications & experience
• Passion for pastry operations and a true desire to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Be results orientated with a dedication to exceed customer expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• Trade qualifications as pastrycook or baker is desirable.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster including morning or evenings
• English proficiency
Tasks & responsibilities
• preparing, baking and finishing pastry products such as individual cakes, croissants and tarts
• mixing dough & laminating
• attention to detail
• excellent time management and communication skills
• flexible with start and finish times and able to work weekends when needed.
