Apprentice Roof Plumber Wanted!

Melrose Contracting Pty Ltd. is a rapidly growing & highly regarded Roofing company with operations in Sydney, Newcastle, South Coast, and ACT. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motived Apprentice Roof Plumber keen to be trained/ to join us at our South Nowra office in Shoalhaven. You’ll be an organised, friendly & focused person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be working alongside our highly skilled and qualified roof plumbers learning and mastering your trade.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

· Drive to building sites and measure flashing and roofs.

· On-site Roof and Flashing measures.

· Identifying Problems/ leaks (training will be given).

· Installing flashings and roofing materials where needed.

Must have:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your work

· Be a self-starter and show initiative

· Work well under pressure

· Work cover approved white card and current NSW Drivers Licence (manual) are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newcastle NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
