About the role
We are busier than ever and looking for multiple roles, from Apprentice to Chef De Partie, to join our Louis team in either a permanent or casual capacity.
- Assisting in planning menus and ordering food supplies
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Consistency in product quality and presentation
- Planning menus and costing of food production
- Chef de Partie must be able to manage own section, and assist other sections
What you will bring

- Available to work both evenings and weekends
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and passion in your field
- Understanding of cost control, menu planning and food costs
- Commis Chef/Demi Chef - Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Chef de Partie - Previous experience or minimum 15 months as Demi Chef
- Apprentice positions will also be considered for the right candidates
