The RoleWhile primarily stationed at our Clarence Campus, you'll travel to employers, serving as a vital link between apprentices, trainees, and our organisation. This full-time position entails administrative tasks and comprehensive support throughout the enrolment process.On any given day, you will:
- Inspire and guide learners with a tailored training plan for their qualification
- Schedule on site-visits with apprentices, trainees, and their employers
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless student enrolment
- Be a pivotal point of contact for all apprentice and trainee enrolments.
What will you bring- Ability to work across multiple locations where necessary.
- A flair for scheduling and organisation
- Experience within varying industry sectors
- Knowledge of wage rates, allowances and industrial instruments/awards
