- Gathering information from participants and their representatives to enable high-quality and evidence-based decision making to inform participant plans.
- Reviewing participant plans to ensure supports align to current and future participant outcomes.
- Communicating with participants and their representatives about decision-making when it comes to the participant pathway.
- Resolving issues and complaints regarding participant queries and concerns.
- Contributing to performance targets as outlined in the
Direct Service Delivery for NDIS participants; engaging with participants and managing participant plans and supports to ensure nationally consistent participant experiences aligned to the Participant Service Guarantee.Compensation
Provides specialist expertise and planning for NDIS participants who have been injured and received compensation for NDIS-type supports. This ensures the NDIS complements, rather than duplicates funding for supports that have been funded through compensation received.Early Childhood
Undertakes planning for participants in their early childhood years, conducting supportive and informative conversations with families regarding plan funding decisions, whilst ensuring quality outcomes for young children and their families.You will be asked to select one of the above Service Delivery preferences within your application.
