HOBAN Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of an APS 6 Level Rehabilitation/Performance Case Manager on behalf of our, a leading organisation in Australia's Intellectual Property sector.

The role is based in either Woden ACT, or Melbourne, Southbank.

About the Role:

As an APS 6 Level Rehabilitation/Performance Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating the rehabilitation of injured or ill employees. Reporting to the Assistant Director Case Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting early intervention and rehabilitation processes.
  • Managing non-compensation and compensation rehabilitation matters.
  • Maintaining accurate case notes using electronic records.
  • Providing regular case updates to supervisors and the Assistant Director.
  • Ensuring compliance with Rehabilitation Management Systems (RMS) and procedures.
  • Offering expert advice on rehabilitation and return-to-work activities, including medical reviews and other complex HR matters.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in injury and rehabilitation management processes.

  • A laptop will be provided for remote working, ensuring a safe and appropriate home setup.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience and qualification in Rehabilitation/Case Management.
  • Strong prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision under the direction of the Assistant Director.
  • Excellent communication skills for providing high-quality advice to managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this role.
