Join our team as a Lease Administrator, where you'll reconcile tenant accounts, generate invoices, and update our property management system. With 2-3 years of experience and strong Excel skills, you'll work autonomously in a supportive environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. Proficiency in software like MRI, Yardi, or Manhattan is essential.
Key accountabilities include:
- Maintain the lease/ licences/property database system and retrieve data from the property register to meet requests for information.
- Ensure that all property transactions are tracked and relevant documents are complete and filed in the records management system.
- Review various types agreements to identify tenancy requirements and assist in answering incoming tenant questions.
- Administer the end-to-end process of lease billing and reconciliations, including processing lease-related payments / issuing invoices
- Assist the Property Specialist to allocate, reconcile and adjust rents and outgoings and process purchase orders for property related expenses
- Administration responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence, recording diary notes, issuing notices, approval of payments
- NSW Drivers Licence
- Microsoft Office suite and in particular Excel (intermediate to advanced user)
- Commercial real estate or leasing understanding within an administrative environment
- At least 2 – 3 years in Commercial or Corporate Real Estate or similar workplace experience
- Previous experience in this position or a similar position demonstrating the same core skillset
- 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government
