AddressBuckby Motors is on the lookout for aMarketing and Administration Assistant to join our team. As the Marketing and Administration Assistant, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our Marketing Manager with day-to-day Marketing and also ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Marketing Support:
The marketing portion of this role includes but is not limited to;
• Assisting with managing digital platforms (Google, Meta, Website etc.)
• Assisting with preparing marketing materials
• Assisting with any events and presentations
• Assisting with the delivery of marketing assets (Radio, TV, Newspaper etc.)
Generating content for social media platforms
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all guidelines are adhered to
Administrative Duties:
The administration portion of this role includes but is not limited to;
• General office tasks (answer phones, restocks etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Assisting with document management
• Assisting with vehicle registrations
Must haves:
• Full driver’s licence
• Positive attitude
• Desire to achieve great results as a team and individually
