HOBAN Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for an APS6 Level Technical Advisory professional to join a dynamic team within the Operations and Support Division, located in DEAKIN ACT. This role is on behalf of our client, a key player in supporting a Disability Scheme.

About the Role:
As an APS6 Level Technical Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in the Technical Advisory Branch (TAB), offering specialised technical and operational advice on complex and novel cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise through coaching and mentoring, ensuring the best supports for participant outcomes.
  • Managing sensitive conversations and situations related to funding approval.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, delegates, partners, and providers to ensure consistent decision-making and successful outcome achievement.
  • Delivering high-quality written and telephone advice, with meticulous record-keeping.

About You:
