Position: Part-time Receptionist
Location: Box Hill, moving to Surrey Hills in the next 3 months
Experience: Customer service experience is necessary. Previous experience in a Panel shop is advantageous.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants consistent, casual work 3 days a week 8am - 4pm, 4:30pm

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area efficiently.
- Process customer payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide information to customers regarding repair statuses, estimated completion times, and other inquiries.
- Coordinate with panel technicians and other staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Address customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and databases accurately.
- Collaborate with the Panel Shop Manager and other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
