Provide outstanding support to Service Delivery Mangers, Participants and Stakeholders. Your new company
Operating from Melton, and also positions available in Werribee too, this organisation is currently seeking a Participant Support Officer to join their Team in a full-time capacity, in a 12 month contract. This reputable government organisation aims to support individuals, families and carers exposed and dealing with disabilities throughout the region. They strive to support individuals, families and carers at the highest level through their professionalism and dedication.
Your new role
Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
Resolving customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and experience as an Administrator. You will also need:
Experience in providing high-quality administrative support.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
You MUST hold Australian Citizenship.
You must be available to work: Monday-Friday, full-time in office
