- Customer enquiry and quoting for mechanical service, workshop and parts resources
- Administrative duties and support
- Oversee Mechanical Workshop bookings and priorities
- Assist in vehicle recalls, licence and site specific inspections
- Assist with licensing, inspections and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe workplace and uphold WH&S regulations
- Monday – Friday roster; 40hr week
- Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
- Annual bonus on offer
- Previous experience within a customer service and/or mechanical environment is advantageous
- Hold a current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literate in Microsoft Suites and excellent time management
- Must be computer literate in programs including Microsoft Office
- Motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Valid Rights to Work in Australia
