APS3 Participant Support Officer
Rate: $37.36 per hour + super
Contract: 18-months + potential for extension
Hours: Full-time. 8:30am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Representative to join the team.
Your new role
As a Participant Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to your team. Your duties would include:
- Resolving customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Providing information to customers and referring them to relevant departments for assistance.
- Monitoring the team shared email inbox and calendar.
- Scheduling appointments for customers.
- Undertake research and investigation activities to prepare reports and correspondence.
- General administration activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in an administration or customer service related role is essential.
- Experience in diary and email management, coordinating travel and preparing documentation would be highly desirable.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, and confidently use different technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This role requires candidates to be an Australian Citizen.
- The successful candidate will need to complete 2x reference checks, a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
- Full-time, 18-month contract with the possibility for extension.
