Aps4 And 5 Hr Generalist

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS4 & APS5 HR Generalist. These are 12-month assignment based in Townsville, QLD with WFH flex up to 2 days per week following training. The positions are Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day and will be paying $43.82 per hour plus super for an APS4 and $55.24 per hour plus super for an APS5.Working in the People & Culture team, these are team membership positions working across administrative and operational tasks to support the business.Responsibilities include;

• Managing, resolving and responding to a range of employee issues and enquiries in line with the Enterprise Agreement (EA), work practices and relevant legislation including remuneration aspects.
• Providing HR advice and support on a range of function.
• Providing support to senior business leaders, managers and employees on the impact of work practice changes.
• Working collaboratively to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and to build understanding of business needs.
• Managing or responding to enquiries including recruitment activities, general P&C and conformance activities.
• Managing and delivering projects.
• Providing administrative support for teams including reporting and secretariat functions across the division.
• Providing analysis of reports regularly on a range of P&C metrics, activities and processes.

• Excellent IT skills, including proven ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office products will be highly desirable.
