About the role:
- Providing operational and administration support to a service delivery team
- Stakeholder engagement - internal and external
- Gathering information and providing advice to participants and planning partners over the phone or in person.
- Assisting with participant plans and funded supports, to ensure plans complement
- Working closely with participants and their representatives to identify current and future support requirements
- Resolving issues and complaints
- Administration, processing and data entry tasks
- You will have strong previous experience working in administration and customer service
- You will have strong communications skills - both written and verbal
- You will ideally have experience working in the disability or community services sector
- You will have strong administration skills
- You will be a team player
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Check)
- 12 month temporary assignment
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day
