A new role awaitsSeeking a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in the NDIA's Provider Engagement Branch? The NDIA is currently recruiting dynamic and driven individuals to fill multiple Provider Engagement Officer positions at the APS4 level.
The Provider Engagement Branch supports the NDIS market to grow and deliver high-quality supports for participants. The branch influences key areas which involve; responding to strategic priority changes across Agency programs and business systems including Participants, Platforms and Processes (3P) and PACE, establishing processes enabling appropriate and effective market engagement and the management of provider exits and providing strategic direction in reshaping of the current Provider Engagement Model and contributes to co-design activities with key market segments.

The APS4 Provider Engagement Officer will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries. Not every day will be the same and being adaptable is key to success within this role. Responsibilities of the role may include but are not limited to:
- Being a contact for providers whilst supporting provider market and NDIS provider process.
- Supporting team members working with stakeholders including State and Local Governments, providers, carers, people with disability and mainstream organisations to address local transition challenges.
- Engaging providers to ensure optimal satisfaction is experienced at each interaction.
- Assisting the team to manage risks associated with stakeholder relationships through a proactive approach.
- Supporting the development and promotion of resources that enable sector development and improve the NDIA’s understanding of the provider environment and experience.
- Providing general input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, reports and briefs.
