We are working with a medium sized government agency who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent or non-ongoing basis. This role would be suitable for a candidate with strong foundations in Data Analysis, prior working experience and ideally exposure to PowerBi and/or Tableau in addition to excel based modelling.

- Possess the capability to analyze and evaluate datasets and prepare a current state analysis.
- Utilise Powerbi, Tableau and other tools to support stakeholders with varied data and reporting requests.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing Excel to store and analyze data, including working with formulas and manipulating data.
- Validate and oversee data and reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to adopt and implement recommended practices for complying with data and information management standards.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by applying judgment and critical thinking.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience working as a Data Analyst
- Showcase a proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, working seamlessly as part of an agile, multidisciplinary government team.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
