Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Provide administrative support across projects, recruitment, contracts and procurement activities.
- Assist with logistic tasks including travel arrangements.
- Support governance, organising meetings, meeting minutes and maintaining decision & action logs.
- Support with onboarding and off-boarding tasks.
- Form and maintain proactive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
- Conduct reporting tasks as required.
- Use project management tools and processes to support workflow and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and effective record-keeping of communication and documentation, including documentation related to procurement and contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role - project support, project coordination, etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Projects (desirable).
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and stakeholder liaison skills.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory).
