Aps5 Project Officer

Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Provide administrative support across projects, recruitment, contracts and procurement activities.
• Assist with logistic tasks including travel arrangements.
• Support governance, organising meetings, meeting minutes and maintaining decision & action logs.
• Support with onboarding and off-boarding tasks.
• Form and maintain proactive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
• Conduct reporting tasks as required.
• Use project management tools and processes to support workflow and coordination.
• Maintain accurate and effective record-keeping of communication and documentation, including documentation related to procurement and contracts.

Your profile will demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role - project support, project coordination, etc.
• Experience in Microsoft Projects (desirable).
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Australian citizenship (mandatory).
