About the role
- Ongoing full-time opportunity. 35 hours per week.
- Location: Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
- Clerk Grade: Level 7/8. Base salary $106,025 p.a. to $117,363 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the team
The Strategy, People and Governance division provides a wide range of enabling services including audit, risk and compliance, ministerial and external relations, people and culture, and policy and performance.
About the role
This is a key role for a dynamic individual who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people of NSW. As part of the Policy and Performance team, you will use your project management skills to manage, coordinate and report on a range of initiatives and projects in line with key organisational priorities and plans to enable improved customer service.

What you will be doing
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
- Use your communication skills to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders across NSW Trustee and Guardian regarding project status and implementation.
- Support and collaborate with team members.
About you
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about customer service and someone with:
- High level communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing solutions and achieving results.
- Good project management skills and can drive efficiencies that contribute to best practice.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualification or experience in project management or a relevant discipline.
