You will be an Australian citizen and ideally hold a security clearance
Your responsibilities include
Providing high quality written materials in short time frames with limited direct information.
Ability to read and understand survey plans and maps and be able to identify locations or willingness to learn.
Draft plans and strategies with a view of purchasing and disposing aspects of the project.
Work closely with stakeholders to inform and agree to those plans.
Brief Departmental Executive and the Minister as required.
Manage the project's legal advisers to draft various legal documentation.
Management of external contracts
This position has a strong focus on policy, project implementation, writing and stakeholder management and would suit a candidate with these skills and experience in a Federal government environment; legal advice on relevant issues is provided through the project's legal advisers.
