A great opportunity for an experienced Grants Officer to join this busy team for a long term 6-month temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Providing complex grants policy advice, in accordance with relevant Commonwealth and policies and legislation.
- Providing business partnering support across Agency business areas undertaking grants.
- Maintaining the grants template suite, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Preparing grants reports and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement within the Grants function
About you:
- You will have previous experience working in grants administration or grants policy advice
- You will have previous experience working in a government environment – state, federal or local
- You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- You will have sound decision making skills, and the ability to follow policy and procedure guidelines
- You will have high attention to detail
- You will have good time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
