effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
ability to use sound judgement and make decisions within defined parameters and seek guidance when required
resilience to changing circumstances and ability to manage competing demands.
Job Responsibilities:
The core duties/responsibilities and deliverables that the role is accountable for.
Program, project and/or contract management including:
o drafting grant guidelines and funding agreements
o managing project milestones and associated approvals
o financial management
o regular grant reporting
Stakeholder engagement
Drafting and contributing to Ministerial briefs and correspondence, Senate Estimate briefs,
Experience/Role Requirements/Qualifications
Government grant management and/or procurement skills and expertise is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Baseline clearance or higher
