- Coordinate meeting documents, including agendas, papers, and briefing materials.
- Capture accurate meeting notes and maintain precise attendee lists and action items.
- Update and manage content on the intranet page, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise guidance material to support operations.
- Continuously review and enhance secretariat functions and processes.
- Maintain accurate records, including databases and meeting checklists.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve organisational goals.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating complex topics within sensitive environments.
- Previous experience in secretariat or executive assistant roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
