VenuesWest is seeking experienced Aquatic Supervisors to join our team to assist in the management of our aquatic centre facility for events, sports training and public recreational use. The role supervises the Aquatic Service Officers (Lifeguards) as well as ensures the effective and efficient delivery of our aquatic services. The position plays a key role in safety including administering first aid and acting as Chief Warden during emergency situations.
This recruitment pool will be used to fill permanent and fixed-term, full time or part time opportunities as they arise. Working a shift roster between Monday and Sunday each week. Shift loading of 20% will apply for shifts commencing prior to 6am or finishing after 8:30pm.
Whilst the current roles offered from this recruitment pool will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.
