The City of Albany’s Aquatics Team is looking for an experienced and qualified individual to take up the role of Aquatics Supervisor. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Supervise, coach, and develop the aquatics team that are responsive to customer needs and create a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Be responsible for effective rostering of Aquatic staff in line with relevant City policies.
- Assist with scheduled works, and perform minor plant maintenance.
- Monitor and provide input to the Aquatics budget whilst adhering to KPI’s
Desired Skills and Experience
You will be a customer focused individual with previous experience in the aquatic industry, or similar role at a supervisory level. The successful candidate will also need well-developed communication skills, a high level of safety practices, a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and knowledge of pool plant operations.
