The key duties of the position include
ARC Operational Support Officer
$81,416 - $94,386+ 15.4% super
Canberra based

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining the Response Centre's shift team roster, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, analysing and reporting on data from a range of systems, and performing administrative tasks in support of maritime and aviation emergency response.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and make independent decisions within delegated authorities and areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling and maintaining a 24/7 shift roster or equivalent experience scheduling shift teams and people in operational roles.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or relevant qualifications in business administration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing travel, organising events and working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver objectives.
  • Experience in interpretation and analysis of material and records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong Word and Excel skills.
  • Experience using SharePoint environment will be highly regarded.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
