Key Responsibilities:
- Produce DA & CC submission drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Guidelines and Council Development Control Plans (DCP).
- Prepare detailed construction documentation.
- Collaborate with supervisors, suppliers, consultants, and local council
- Adhere to company processes and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minimum of 5 years of local Australian-based experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Leader, particularly with Class 2 Buildings (mainly ADG).
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, with a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the software.
- Extensive experience in architectural documentation and a solid understanding of construction practices.
- Strong technical background with expertise in construction documentation.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering medium to high-rise residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SEPP 65, ADG, Local LEP, DCP Controls, BCA, and related legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Capacity to work independently within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation and detailing.
- Self-motivation, with prior experience in project management and producing detailed documentation.
- Confidence, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
- A dedicated work ethic.
