AddressWe are looking for an experienced project architect on behalf of our client, a tight knit architectural team based in the heart of Perth’s CBD
This position is best suited for a candidate with experience in a similar role, with an excellent working knowledge of Revit and ability to coordinate a team. Ideally you would have experience in all stages of design from concept to completion, with the flexibility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of fee proposals and financial management of projects is also highly advantageous. This is an all-rounder role with client facing responsibilities and you'll also have a passion for developing the team around you.
This role will see you:
- Coordinating and liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Developing multi-disciplinary teams
- Designing and documenting a variety of medium to large-scale projects within residential and mixed use sectors
- Overseeing and reviewing documentation
- Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant NCC/BCA’s, related building regulations and specifications
