Due to continued company growth, and customer acquisitions, we are now actively seeking to appoint an Architectural Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Australia.
In this dynamic and challenging position, your responsibilities will be:
- Championing the Metrix range of architectural perforated metal products, combining strength, precision, functionality, and design creativity.
- Serving as the first point of contact for many new and existing clients and stakeholders, ensuring that these relationships are fostered and further developed at all times.
- Regularly liaising and engaging with clients and client representatives in the target markets.
- Developing and executing strategic business plans, achieving revenue targets, and driving growth.
- Positively promoting the business to create and develop future opportunities.
- Actively seeking and driving alternate methods of project procurement with all stakeholders, while maintaining a presence within the traditional tender market at all times.
About You:
- You demonstrate a commitment to quality and professionalism in all tasks undertaken.
- Possess excellent face-to-face and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
- Display commercial awareness and a solid understanding of contracting principles.
- Bring at least 2+ years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role, showcasing success in business development within the construction and roofing industry.
- Embrace self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
