A full time position is available in our Launceston office for an outstanding designer / technician with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and skills in design, documentation and co-ordination of approvals for architectural projects. Skills in both residential and commercial sectors would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone keen to contribute, learn, is confident and disciplined and can have fun.
In this role, you'll work both independently and collaboratively with our team members on all project stages, from feasibility studies through concept design to construction documentation and detailing. We value individuals who are solution-oriented, adept at managing multiple projects, and can prioritize tasks independently. Excellent documentation skills with contemporary BIM software, preferably Revit, is essential and a technical knowledge of construction and familiarity with the NCC are desirable.
