Our client is a renowned and highly respected Architectural design studio who has built a reputation for producing highly detailed residential design for their clientele.
Your new role
This practice is medium in size, they have a great studio environment and are located on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD with good transport links. Their project portfolio is focused on high-end residential work and is predominantly local; the work varies in size and complexity, but it's all highly detailed and ranging in value from $1m - $20m+.
What you'll need to succeed
This studio uses Revit for all projects. Therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate has good working knowledge of the software and are able to hit the ground running with minimal training. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be experienced working within the high-end residential market. Liaising directly with clients and consultants, this is an autonomous position that will see you take on responsibility and project ownership.
What you'll get in return
This position would suit an experienced graduate who has a passion for design and residential architecture. Working with a small team, it's important that you are a good team player and can work autonomously, but at the same time, are able and experienced at managing a project through all stages.
