Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for experienced Architectural Draftspersons to support our in-house Architectural Design Department.
About the Role :
- Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using REVIT for Houses / Town Houses
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and constructions plans/documentation utilising Revit software
- Responsible for Concept plan drafting, Floor plans, elevations and colour schemes drafting, documentation for Council Development Applications & Constructions Certificates
- Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- You have a strong and creative portfolio that demonstrates your design/drafting and craft experience in architectural projects
- Liaise with construction team, relevant Engineers and Consultants (i.e Civil, Structural, Services, BCA etc.) and ensure a smooth process for the construction of Houses and Town Houses
About You:
- Formal Architectural qualifications
- Ideally have min. 3 years architectural knowledge and experience
- Must have min. 3 years’ experience in architectural drafting (using REVIT) for Apartments projects
- Experience with Private Developer/Builder or architectural firm in Sydney
- Thorough knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for design and architecture
- Be able to work across several projects
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be driven and want to progress your career
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
