Architectural Draftsperson

Are you an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with a passion for designing and shaping the future? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment? If so, we have the perfect position for you!

Working in a small, but highly skilled team, you will make a significant technical contribution to the design and development of an exciting new process of automating the construction of buildings with concrete 3D printing.

Revit Modelling and Drafting

• Produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings using CAD software, particularly Revit.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.

Rhino Modelling and Drafting

• Produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings using CAD software, particularly Rhino.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.\

Grasshopper Code

• Collaborate with architects coding grasshopper scripts.

Project Support

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers and other team members to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Provide support throughout the various stages of project development.

Quality Control

• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & experience

• Associate degree or certification in Drafting or a related field
• Associate degree or certification in BIM
• Minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a Draftsperson, with a focus on CAD.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Gh and other relevant CAD software.
• Proficiency in D5 Render.
• Proficency with Adobe Tools (Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign)
• Experience in 3D Printer.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred skills

• Experience with 3D Printing and 3D modelling software to assist in design for mechanical components, system encloses and cases etc..
