Under the mentorship of the Director, you will be working on all stages of Projects.
Key Requirements
This role will involve the following Key aspects:
- Utilizing Architectural Skills to contribute from Concept to Completion
- You will need to be proficient in the use of Revit & AutoCAD
- Using your Construction Technology knowledge to produce clear Documentation for Presentation to Clients and Builders, to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the Director and work with Clients, Builders, and partnering with external Consultants to get the best outcome for the client and the project
- Communicate effectively with All members of the Team.
- Apply relevant National Construction Codes & Australian Standards, referencing the AustHFG in documentation.
- Exceptional Organizational skills & Time Management with the ability to multi-task is essential
- Outstanding Verbal, Written and Documentation Communication skills
- Work Eligibility: Permitted to work in a Permanent Position without any restrictions
Skills and experience
- Local Architectural experience in mid sized projects essential.
- Excellent Revit & AutoCAD documentation experience
- Healthcare projects experience is an advantage
- A solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
- Take ownership and run projects autonomously and collaborate in a team when necessary
- Ability to work to objectives and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
