We are looking for an experienced Architecture Officer to join our team. You will have good knowledge of design review processes, well-developed time management & organisational skills and sound negotiation and problem-solving skills, including an ability to effectively manage meetings and gain the cooperation of a diverse range of stakeholders

Key focus areas include 

• Under limited direction, providing assistance to the City Architect by researching data, producing drawings and reports to assist major projects, supporting the delivery of City projects, and providing advice to aid reviews of building projects.
• Undertaking internal research projects, such as reviewing project options.
• Research and assisting in the design of strategic development opportunities for the City.
• Identifying, investigating and reporting on architectural issues up to medium level complexity.
• Operate in project teams on a range of complex, multi-disciplinary and specialist projects.
• Assist in reviews of development proposals up to medium level complexity.
