Based in Dandenong South, we predominantly service Commercial, high end building, and aged care sectors throughout the greater Melbourne and Victoria regions.
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious installer to lead our installation division, while being on the tools from time to time where required.
This position will be a gateway to management within our company, and to an incentive structure without a ceiling.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
If you're a lead installer or manager who feels neglected or unappreciated, we could be the fit for you. We are looking for a Qualified Mechanical Plumber A/C Installer or Refrigeration Mechanic who has a proven history in theinstallation of HVAC systems throughout the Commercial & High end building sectors
Tasks & responsibilities
- Installation of various Domestic & Commercial HVAC solutions including but not limited to, VRV & VRF, ducted and cassette systems, evaporative coolers, ventilation, sheet metal & flexible ductwork
- Ensure materials required are on hand for each project, prior to attendance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise and provide training to our installation team
- Meeting team deadlines
- Update and reference project management program AroFlo to stay abreast of current workload and ensure all relevant notes, images and documentation are uploaded and saved to the project task.
- Play a key role in shaping the installation division into the future
Eligible applicants must have the following:
- The ability to enjoy themselves at work
- Trade Qualification
- White/Red card
- Current driver's license - and ability to drive a manual
- Own hand & power tools
- An appropriate level of physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items
- Computer/tablet proficiency
- Positive and hard-working attitude
- Good time management
- An ability to deal professionally and reliably with a wide range of different customers
- Highly regarded: experience using Aroflo
