if you’re passionate about food and coffee and are looking for a challenge, this is the role for you! We now have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Café Manager to join our team.
We would expect your strong experience in customer service, combined with cafe background to lead the team with confidence. High standards of presentation, ability to forecast staff requirements and sales, customer service focus and a warm friendly personality are key ingredients for this role.
You will be required to use your exceptional people skills combined with your food & beverage experience to manage the cafe.
Your skills in successfully directing multiple staff and driving a happy team will be highly regarded. This position will require strong leadership and the ability to train & mentor.
In addition to the above, you would need to have:
- At least 3 years industry experience in café management (multi site experience a nice to have)
- Excellent organisational & analytical skills
- A strong ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exemplary personal grooming
- Strong customer service skills
- A love of the industry
- Experience in administration & proficient computer skills for reporting
- A high level of attention to detail
- An ability and desire to meet KPIs
