Job Description
We are looking for an energetic well organized person to join our amazing team for the long term to ensure enhancement and delivery of our cleaning services to all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for assisting our team members to enjoy and excel at their roles. Working closely with our operations team, you will be:
- Attending our sites and assisting our cleaning team by providing training and hands on assistance.
- Working with our teams to ensure proper use of our cleaning software
- Assisting team members to make full use of their cleaning equipment.
- Undertaking site quality inspections
- Providing quotations to our operational team for additional services.
This role focuses on attention to detail to ensure the highest standards for our sites and that our cleaning practices comply with work health and safety regulations.
Our clients are located throughout various areas across Sydney, making each day different and exciting.

Qualifications
- Driver’s License Required.
- Pleasant and welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt and professional manner.
- Great level of customer service, putting the client first.
- Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft related programs advantageous.
- Confident in problem solving and negotiating.
- A proven eye for detail and accuracy.
- A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.
- Experienced cleaner not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead from the front.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years Cleaning Supervision A MUST!
- Hands on residential cleaning experience in a Strata Environment
- Experience in the use of cleaning equipment.
- A willingness to assist in the maintenance of our cleaning equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and interest in learning new technology.
- Clear written and verbal communication.

Additional information
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, hours might vary due to business needs.
