Full-time Supervisor (Cleaning/Facilities Management) in Sydney CBD

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on commercial Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team in a high profile commercial building in Sydney CBD. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible work hours. Job tasks and responsibilities
- Manage, train and supervise a roster of cleaning staff
- Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team and lead/manage these personnel
- Supervise inventory levels of chemicals, procurement, and operation of equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a network of employees and suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Conduct regular site audits to meet contractual cleaning standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on service, compliance status and issues.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
- Deep understanding of cleaning industry practices and machinery
- Demonstrated supervisor experience including roster management and leadership ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent service expertise and ability to build strong working relationships
