Our client is looking to fill a full-time position for an enthusiastic Cleaning Supervisor, based in Dubbo.

WE ARE SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO:
- Are available for varying shifts, 7 days a week both day and evenings
- Have leadership skills with the ability to roster and manage a small team onsite
- Are able to train, mentor, and support cleaning staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Have a good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
- Are able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Are able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Encourage a productive work environment that is enthusiastic, energetic, and fast-paced
- Are committed to providing great customer experiences
- Are able to use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, buff, wipe and dust.
- Hold a drivers licence and have reliable transport
- Are willing to undergo and pass a Police Check, Working with Childrens Check and Pre-Employment Medical if required
