The Role
The business is looking for a motivated and autonomous Area Manager to join the team in Victoria. This pivotal role will focus on nurturing franchise partnerships and supporting corporate owned stores.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Analysing data and implementing best practices that drives efficiencies, profitability and professionalism.
- To manage sales goals as budgeted, including the monitoring and execution of marketing programs and promotions to ensure that all assigned locations adhere to compliance requirements.
- Responsible for overseeing the operations of all locations within their region.
- Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking within the region to meet company objectives.
- Experience in providing operational support to franchisees, driving sales and service excellence.
- Possess positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent interaction, presentation, and communication skills in dealing with a diverse network of individuals.
- Previous sushi making experience is highly regarded but not essential - be willing to learn!
- Hands on training and development.
