Due to rapid business expansion through the acquisition of a new firm operating two offices in the Camden and Narellan areas, our client seeks a motivated and highly skilled Manager with expertise in Business Services and Tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning clients from the incoming firm before the partner retires in October.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of small-to-medium enterprises and high-net-worth individuals
- Providing specialised business services advisory and taxation advice to clients
- Fostering long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Mentoring and developing junior staff members
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Accounting qualification (CA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/assistant manager position within an accounting firm
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff mentorship
- Proficiency in managing diverse accounting and financial services
- Fluency in English or native speaker status
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to deliver results promptly
- Strong attention to detail and client-centric approach
