Your new challenge:
MPFS has a great opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team to oversee a key account for our business. This position has the flexibility to be based in Cairns, Townsville or Mackay. You will be responsible for managing a large geographic region in QLD and will be supported by other managers across the business.
This role requires someone with excellent administrative, organisational skills and the ability to manage strong client relationships. You will maintain control over your site budgets and provide regular reporting to the GM, ensuring communication is always open and transparent.

About you:
- A background in the facilities management area (essential) in particular commercial cleaning services
- Experience with cleaning standards and processes across a variety of industries including retail stores, shopping centres, commercial and industrial facilities.
- Previous experience in multi-site Client portfolio's
- Strong experience with administrative tasks, reporting, IT savvy and hands-on capability
- Ability to process and manage time & attendance logs for payroll purposes.
- Understanding of the Cleaning Services Award conditions
- Ability to lead a team and excellent staff management skills.
- Reliable, passionate and ability to deliver results with limited direction.
- Commercially astute and have the capability to critically analyse data and information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide a high standard of service and great client relationship skills.
- Extensive travel (regionally) is a requirement of this role.
- A high level of computer skills is required.
- Personal grooming and dress standard is important.
- High level of WHS knowledge and ability to manage and assess risks and hazards and ensure all safety procedures are adhered to.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required.
