The role will be managing the day to day operations of our Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & multi-trade teams based out of our Townsville office.
You must have experience in the day to day management of Service Technicians, Customers along with knowledge of the service, repair and installation of a variety of Mechanical, Electrical & Fire equipment across a wide range of portfolios and you will also possess and be responsible for;
- A strong focus and commitment towards OH&S in the workplace
- Management of all customer accounts, exceeding clients expectations and associated KPI's
- Management, mentoring and development of staff
- Commercial forecasting and financial management for division
- Meeting required sales and order targets
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Great communication skills
- The ability to generate opportunities
- A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to develop skills
- A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to generate sales & have a local network
You must be able to pass a QLD Police and Working with Children Check and complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
