Form of workWe are seeking an Area Manager for our expanding Sports Coaching company.
The job is suitable for a sports loving, ambitious individual who is driven to progress confident working within a team environment.
The role is extremely varied & flexible with a rewarding commission package on offer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sourcing new partners / venues
- Hiring / Training staff
- Overseeing a team of Sports coaches
- Planning sports ( a range of sports) programs for children ages 5 - 12 years old of mixed abilities
- Being in close contact with Senior Management based in SEQ
- Leading Sports coaching sessions for children aged 5 - 12 years old
The successful candidate will start on a retainer + incentives for an initial probation period. After the probation period the role will develop into a commission + paid hours agreement.
Ideally candidates would have previous coaching experience in addition to experience managing staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
