All located in one of the most beautiful locations, Margaret River Region, Western Australia; enjoy whale watching from the restaurant terrace during the Margaret River's exhilarating annual whale watching season.Job DescriptionAs Director of Sales, you will have the chance to construct this role to be your own with the support of reporting into the General Manager.Responsibilities:

• Develop, grow, sustain, maximize and yield business across the MICE segment
• Drive proactive sales activities for the hotel
• As Department Head, lead and manage the sales and events team
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with key corporate clients and PCO's.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to maximize relationships and revenues

Qualifications

• You are MICE superstar with experience in a minimum of 2 years in a hotel sales capacity
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and PCO's
• Identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive sales activities
• Being results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
