The Duties:
- Manage a tidy, locally-based portfolio of 150 properties
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections as required
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required
- Overseeing rental arrears
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Negotiating lease renewals
- General administration and database management
The Requirements:
The successful candidate will be keen, eager and ready to indulge in this amazing opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver’s license. Our ideal applicant will also attribute:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Great communication both written and verbal
